FAQ
Do invited members need a ZodQR account?
No. After receiving the invitation email, they can access the invitation link and create new account.
How long is an invitation code valid?
Each invitation code expires after 7 days. If a code expires, you can resend or refresh the invitation from the Members dashboard.
Can I remove a member after they join?
Yes, workspace owners can remove members at any time. This will immediately revoke their access to the shared workspace.
What happens to my QR codes when I join a workspace?
Any existing QR codes in a new member's account will automatically be moved to a private workspace upon joining the team.
